Matthew 19:14: But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t
stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like
these children.

The Rotation Model Sunday School has been going well! The children
have enjoyed crafts, playing games, and edible projects as they learned
about Creation. The Rotation Model for November is “Noah’s Ark.”
This rotation will teach the children about Noah and why God wanted
him to build an ark.

The Bible is God’s true Word. In 2 Timothy 3:16, Paul writes, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.” The Bible also tells us how much God loves us and how He made a way for us to have a relationship with Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. Every year, Black River Falls UMC presents Pre-K students and 4th graders with Bibles. Because of Covid
last year some kiddos did not receive their Bible so they will receive it as Kindergarteners and 5th graders. One of our UMC Children’s Ministry goals is to be in partnership with parents as they share faith in Jesus Christ in the home. There are so many stories in the Bible that you can read to your child or your child can read it. Reading the Bible is a way to learn together as a family and to grow in your love for God’s Word. On Sunday, November 7, we will be presenting children with his/her very own Bible at the 9:00 a.m. Worship. I have talked or emailed most of the families, if I missed you please let me know.
